for Xstrata Bulga Coal Mine (Project Mgt)

Provide complete project management services for the design, supply, installation and commissioning of a complete ROM coal handling system upgrade.

Key Benefits

• Upgrade Blakefield ROM coal stockpile reclaim feeders and conveyor to 2,200 t/hr.
• Upgrade Overland conveyor to 2,200 t/hr, strengthen and remove problematic design flaws present since original installation by others.
• Extend skyline stackout system by 60m and upgrade to 2,200 t/hr.
• Upgrade O/C receival system to 2,200 t/hr including dump hopper mods, primary and secondary sizer installations and conveyor upgrades.
• Major mods to ROM reclaim tunnel bunkers and install 5 x 2,200 t/hr brute force feeders.
• Upgrade of plant Feed conveyors, Product Stackout conveyors & Reject conveyors.
