for Major Qld Coal Mine (Design and Construct Project)

Design construct project for the supply and installation of a 3.6m x 6.1m new gen two mass reject screen and associated equipment modification / upgrades to achieve a step change CPP throughput upgrade. Refer to 14 min video here for an explanation of how this works.

Key Benefits

• New General Kinematics Corp screen bolted to same supports as original Ludowici screen
• 308t/hr nameplate screen replaced by 800t/hr nameplate with 1,000t/hr struct rating
• Old screen being run at up to 690t/hr and losing magnetite; new screen 0.4kg/t @800t/hr
